Content notes
Suggested audience: Ages 10+. A dry, documentary escape room about a staged death in a closed attraction; no violence is shown, and the creeping automata are opt-in.
- Staged deathThe rooms reconstruct how a count's death was staged. The tone is documentary: nothing is shown happening and the player never speaks.
- Optional startlesWandering automata are off by default. Switched on, a figure creeps closer while you look away; if it reaches you it bows, walks back and costs you a few seconds, and a jolt, static or flash can go with it. Reduced motion or the flash limit turns those off.
- Dark roomsDim rooms lit by a lantern cone you aim.
- Easy optionsSettings has Relaxed dance timing for the three ballroom dances, and a Guide button gives one nudge per step.
- No mic or cameraNever asks for your microphone or camera.
